Hello, I’m Angelee. I am here to help You. Sometimes being a human is really hard. Clients come to work with me during times in their lives when they find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or lost. This can be due to major life transition, trauma, or profound loss. During challenging times like these, it’s common to feel disconnected from ourselves, our surroundings, and even our loved ones. It can be incredibly painful to navigate through this on our own. It’s important to remember we don’t have to face it alone.
I collaborate with my clients to establish a sense of safety that enables them to fully experience and process their emotions, leading to the recognition, understanding, and healing of past traumas. In my therapeutic sessions, I integrate various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, whole-self acceptance, and somatic interventions.
I work with clients to heal the past, embrace the present, and create a compelling future. I have a deep passion for helping others. Having navigated trauma, grief, loss, and overwhelming situations, I now feel called to give back and support those who are currently facing their own challenges.
