Currently, I am not accepting new patients. I have experience working as a therapist in community mental health settings as well as working as part of the Therapeutic Community Group Program at the Austen Riggs Center. I approach each situation by fostering a warm environment in which I welcome you to express whatever emotions or thoughts are on your mind. Through collaboration, I aim to help you gain a better understanding of your own mind and to work towards diminishing whatever symptoms you may be feeling and improve the quality of your life.
My approach is to be curious about your symptoms and to help you restore or experience more ease in your life. I also aim to help you develop greater insight into yourself, your relationships and your symptoms. I will help us explore this largely through psycho-dynamic approaches.
