Hey, I'm Angela! Please reach out via email. I'm a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor. As part of the queer community, I understand the unique circumstances that can often come along with this lived experience, and I enjoy working with fellow LGBTQIA+ individuals and diverse folks from all walks of life. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, CPTSD, SH/SI, life changes & transitions, identity exploration, grief and loss, and those coping with chronic illnesses. I'm sex positive, gender affirming, and find value in examining structures and systems at play that impact our mental health as well.
You know yourself better than anyone and I'm here to help support you and navigate the path to help you reach goals you have in mind for yourself. I love integrating art, movement, somatic and mindfulness based practices into therapy to help people connect with their body and emotions to foster deeper understanding, compassion, and healing.
I believe the more authentic we are the more peaceful our lives can feel, and our connections with others can become more meaningful.
