As a intuitive trauma therapist, I am dedicated to providing a holistic approach for you that is personalized to your specific goals, needs and hopes, which can include intuitive guidance, parts work, EMDR, spirituality, mindfulness and energy healing.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have been in the behavioral health field since 2014. I have the unique experience of working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health; and outpatient chemical dependency during my career. I was trained in EMDR therapy in 2019; and Reiki level I + II in 2024.
