Over the past twelve years, I have been working in the mental health and wellness field. I enjoy working with clients to help create a space for safety, skill building, and one where we create solutions together. I work well with couples and individuals. I treat trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, and self-confidence/self-esteem issues. I love bringing all of my training together to create a unique experience of therapeutic change for you and your family.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is an evidence based and highly effective trauma treatment. I am also Gottman Couples Therapy trained. In addition, I use traditional therapy approaches such as Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For those who prefer it I also provide an alternative to the office.
I utilize hiking and rock climbing (indoor gym and outdoor rock) as tools in the process of growth and healing.
