I have worked in the mental health field in Prescott for nearly 25 years and enjoy working with the adult population including couples. I hold a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling and am trained in EMDR therapy. I have several years experience using Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT and DBT-s). In addition to EMDR therapy, I work from multiple theories including person centered, CBT, trauma informed careI , as well, I am Level 2 trained in couples counseling through The Gottman Institute.
