I am a seasoned psychotherapist with a wide range of experience and skills. For 30 years, I have helped children, teens, and adults conquer anxiety, depression, past traumas and addictions. I am compassionate and non-judgmental and have an easy going nature. Humor is an important element in my therapeutic approach. I am a member of the LGBTQ community.
