QPR Suicide Prevention "Gatekeeper" Training
By the end of this training participants should be able to recognize risks for suicide, demonstrate QPR (Question-Persuade-Refer) intervention technique and have knowledge of how to refer someone for help.

Thinking For A Change (CBT)
Thinking For A Change is an evidence-based integrated cognitive behavior change program developed by the National Institute of Corrections (NIC). The program has three components (cognitive skills, social skills and problem solving skills). The curriculum is designed to teach individuals (juveniles, adult offenders and at-risk youths) to take control of their behavior by learning new ways of thinking.
