Whether you struggle to meet your own expectations, or feel that you never meet other's expectations, many find themselves in different phases of life experiencing loss, confusion and anxiety. We many times focus so determinedly on singular goals, and only later question who and what it all was for. Ashamed of failures in the past and intimidated by the possibilities of the future, it can be difficult to know how to do the next right thing in the present moment. I aim to be there to provide empathy to my client's through the journey of asking and answering their hardest questions.
Taking in the client's goals, past and how they come to seek help, I assist my client's in learning to compassionately listen to their own story and begin the next chapter. Self-discovery and change is generally a difficult process, but I aim to provide an environment where you can feel free to be yourself, however you manifest, through the journey.
I work with verbal individuals of all ages, and have found that the process of healing is not hindered by beginning too early, nor later in life. Whenever you are ready to process your past and get to know the you of the future there is someone waiting to work with you as you are now.
