Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) based in Texas. I help children and adolescents, adults, couples, and seniors. I aim to help others who suffer from anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, and other mental health issues. Helping with life transitions, stress, and life decisions is a main goal to help others to live their best possible life. I believe in allowing the client to determine what path they want to follow in therapy. I offer modalities based on several different therapists' theories. Some of those include but are not limited to, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Client-Centered Therapies, and Narrative therapy.
I have worked with children and adolescents for more than 15 years. I also specialize in serving older adults and seniors. Ideally, my clients are those who are trying to determine their place in their own world and what purpose they have in the community and how are they meant to find and follow their heart's desire.
Communication is based on the participation of two or more parties. I believe in listening to my clients and allowing them to express themselves in the way that works best for them. Working with me will be a partnership that relies on openness, honesty, and a willingness to work towards a shared goal that ultimately will be for the betterment of the client.
