Over the years, I have specialized in work with young adults and elders as they navigate life's unique challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy and non-judgment.
I believe it is important to create space for moments of laughter and connection during sessions. My experience includes providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy, tailored to meet the diverse needs of my clients. I primarily utilize CBT, DBT, Person-Centered and Solution-Focused therapy. I also utilize Brainspotting, a trauma therapy.
