I have spent most of my career in Education. First, as a Teacher, then as a School Counselor, and finally as a District Licensed Professional Counselor. I have worked in private practice for the past two years in the evenings and am now launching my career as a full time Licensed Professional Counselor.
I have experience working with young adults who struggle with social skills. I also have worked with kids, teens, and adults to build coping skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I have helped children work through the stages of grief and teens who have a tendency towards self-harm. I am here for you; all you need to do is reach out.
