I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Minnesota as well as a certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner. I have been a licensed therapist for over 11 years. I enjoy working with individuals who feel they are on the cusp to take steps to do self exploration, healing and growth. Maybe you need someone in your corner, someone to help keep you accountable, or needing soft place to land as you manage your mental health. I like to utilize a strength's based approach as well as provide some additional tools to build on for individuals to make change in their lives and improve their mental health.
For many years I have worked with in various therapeutic settings. This experience has allowed me to be culturally responsive and take a whole person perspective when it comes to your well-being.
