I am licensed in Virginia with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience working from youth ages 4-17 and adults ages 18-60. I have experiences primarily working with individuals with anxiety, depression, adhd, trauma, and parenting concerns. I am a Christian (but not a Christian therapist) and can compliment that side of your needs if you so prefer allowing a safe environment for religious/spiritual challenges.
