I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety/stress, parenting problems, PTSD, family/relationship issues and ADHD/ADD. I have also worked with clients who have experienced trauma (childhood trauma, major car accidents, domestic/emotional abuse and physical trauma).
My approach is eclectic therapy, where I adapt to the unique needs of each specific client, depending on the problem, the treatment goals, and the person's expectations and motivation. My goal is to help clients achieve their personal goals, and gain greater insight into their lives. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity and compassion.
