Welcome, I'm happy to share a little about my clinical practice with you. I have 20 yrs of clinical experience utilizing evidence-based modalities that include EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT and CBT-I), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), ACT, CPT, psychodynamic, relapse and crisis prevention. In the span of my career, I've worked with numerous populations that include individuals in acute and outpatient psychiatry, as well as perinatology, and active duty special operations service members.

My therapeutic approach centers on non-judgmental, holistic therapy and trauma informed care. With a practice rooted in understanding the impact of adverse childhood events on individuals and communities, I hope to make a big impact one person as a time. The greatest reward of my work has been helping others heal and grow from adverse events.

Creating a safe, healing space for clients is a priority for me. LGBTQ+ affirming, Neurotypical, and other at risk groups. I look forward to being a part of your healing journey.

I offer trauma informed care for those trying to cope with anxiety, depression, PTSD related to their history. Our initial sessions include a thorough biopsychosocial history along with delving into current stressors and symptoms. We work together to codetermine a measurable treatment plan. Most of my clients report a gradual decrease in symptoms in a short amount of time.
