I am also a Certified Professional Recovery Coach. My clients include those who struggle with Depression, Anxiety, Low Self Esteem, and PTSD. I help clients from the age 16 on up. I work with male and female including clients who may be struggling with gender issues.
In a beautiful supportive setting, we let down our guard and work through difficult issues as a group allowing you freedom to be your authentic self. All individual sessions are tailored to each individuals needs and desired outcomes. I am also available for IOP programs and Sober Living Home Programs.

This support group is designed to assist you to heal and reflect. No matter who we are, all of us have been guilty of developing negative habits and behaviors at some stage in our lives. We can all benefit greatly from taking the time to examine ourselves with the help of an expert. These ongoing workshops will help you to make positive and lasting changes in your life whether you're looking for personal development in boosting your self-esteem, beating depression, anxiety or simply getting un-stuck!
