I believe that the mind is intricately connected to the body. My primary orientation incorporates a body focused psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE) method. My concept of healing is to work closely with you to support your process, facilitate a mindfulness practice to help release the tension that is weighing on your emotional and physical health.
