My name is Angela Kaiser and I landed in Marriage and Family Therapy because I see the world through a systemic lens. Basically, the people we are surrounded by influence us and we have an influence on the people around us. I am a firm believer that you are never stuck, that you don’t have to live life feeling exhausted, that you are capable of overcoming the thing that’s keeping you down. You are not broken. What I have to offer you as a therapist is a safe space to be heard, a place to heal, and help you reach your goals. I approach therapy believing you are the expert in your own life, and I get to offer an outside perspective.
Sometimes we are too close to our problems and feel stuck, alone, and overwhelmed. This is where I offer guidance, and together we develop a plan that will get you to your goals. I use evidence-based models and interventions to move your therapeutic process forward and eventually graduate out of therapy with a newly found confidence.
I work with individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and young adults. My specialty is working with anxiety, depression, anger, spiritual trauma, relationship issues, separation/divorce, co-parenting, and the LGBTQ+ population.
