My clients are viewed from a holistic perspective in order to promote insight and connections on the path to self-fulfillment. You may not know it, but grief, trauma, rejection, abandonment, and more could be holding you back. I put you first in this highly personal and strictly confidential, therapeutic relationship to dig into the vulnerabilities and thought processes that are contributing to negative feelings, undesired repetitive choices, or unfulfilling relationships. My empowerment strategies draw from several theories of psychology to examine the root causes of undesired behaviors or promoting new behaviors.
I am specially trained to help assist in understanding your past in order to embrace your future. Using various strategies such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, as well as Mindfulness strategies including yoga and meditation; I can tailor a counseling experience to meet your goals.
