Hello and welcome! My name is Angela and I LOVE getting to work as a counselor. Getting to spend time with my clients, getting to know them, and encouraging them is one of my absolute greatest joys! My experience includes working with college students and adults who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma, as well as women who are survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. At Ellie Mental Health I see individuals, ages fourteen and older, and couples. I am supervised by Julia Ayraud, LPC-S, CGRS.
The most important part of therapy is the relationship between counselor and client. My goal is to provide you with a safe, private space where you can be yourself. I believe that every person is a unique individual and therapy should reflect that uniqueness. I strive for each therapy session to be tailored to you: your goals, your needs, your wants.
I specialize in helping women. Women face many struggles throughout their lifespan, ranging from menstruation to menopause, from infertility to birth trauma, from PCOS to breast cancer. My goal is to help encourage women to know that they are not facing these struggles alone, that they are strong, and they truly can do more than they thought possible.
