When is enough enough? Life is a constant process of managing work, family, friendships, partnerships, parenting, a household; the list never ends. Every year you might think it's going to be better, less stress, more fun; and then it's back to the same draining routines. If you feel tired of wishing things in your life were different and finding yourself stuck in patterns and relationships that don't feel good, something has to change. Starting now might feel like too much, but, we know that perfect time isn't coming any time soon. All or something is always better than all or nothing.
By waiting to see what happens, our frustrations and hurt feelings sink deeper into our core, and the core of relationships. This perpetuates negative patterns that end up bringing us down, and feeling stuck. Our work together will identify the root of stress/breakdowns and introduce realistic strategies to create lasting change.
