Hello! I believe that choosing the right therapist to meet your individualized needs is an extremely important decision. I enjoy working with all kinds of people that are in different places in their lives. I find it so exciting to see people commit to change and then watch the growth that follows. I specialize in working with individuals, who are experiencing life difficulties such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and grief. I am a firm believer that problems can improve with an attitude of openness and willingness to do the work. Everyone needs to feel supported in their journey!
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in several different areas of treatment. I have worked with adolescents and adults with a wide variety of issues. I feel that these experiences have broadened my perspective and have helped me to be more effective as a therapist.
