I utilize evidence-based approaches that assist with understanding your thought processes, emotional regulation, developing coping skills, increasing mindfulness, or understanding relationship dynamics. For couples therapy, I have extensive training in approaches such as Gottman Method and Prepare/Enrich to help strengthen your relationship at any stage.
