Also, if you feel like you are stuck and can’t figure out why, I will be glad to help. I can integrate physical exercise during sessions, and offer Wilderness Therapy groups as well.
I am a Christian Based Counselor, operating from a Biblical Worldview. I take a holistic approach (acknowledging the Spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, social and relational traits) of wellness. Interventions include CBT, Client-Centered, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, EMI, and can also include exercise, and Spiritual interventions if appropriate.
