I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a psychotherapy treatment to assist trauma and process distressing memories and beliefs. I specialize in anger management, marital conflict, relationship issues, stress/anxiety, and self-esteem. My general counseling approach is Solution Focused Therapy and Person Centered Therapy.
