A meaningful life may involve feeling comfortable sitting alone with your thoughts, the past becoming less haunting, more effective communication in relationships, believing you are good enough as you are, or something else. Whatever you are working towards, I am here to support you.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating. Our first session would involve me learning about the reasons you are seeking therapy and getting background information. I also encourage you to ask me questions to determine if I am the right therapist for you.
