I practice psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapy with adults, children and adolescents. I provide open, nonjudgmental space where you can express your fears, struggles, concerns, and desires that are otherwise difficult to articulate. I will invite you to share whatever comes to mind as freely and openly as you can. We will explore the dynamics that unfold in sessions, and think about connections between your past and present. Through a practice of active and attentive listening I will work with you to help you identify the unhealthy patterns that make you feel stuck and prevent you from realizing your full potential in life.
Through collaborative, personalised, creative process of deep self-exploration I will help you awaken a new kind of curiosity about your inner world. I can help you work through your inner struggles, and put to rest the "ghosts from the past" in order to better your relationships, expand your potentials and live a more fulfilled and freer life.
For children, I offer play therapy, which includes therapeutic use of toys, games, arts and crafts materials, as well as conversation. For parents I offer parent guidance sessions to help navigate challenges of parenthood. I pay close attention to the influence of specific social and cultural contexts on psychic life and provide LGBTIQA+ safe space.
