Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, and work with kids, adolescents, families and couples from a wide range of backgrounds. I specialize in working with couples struggling with conflict patterns that are preventing them from experiencing closeness and connection and families who yearn to rebuild strong bonds. I also support individuals of all ages experiencing anxiety and/or depression and those looking to heal from the effects of trauma.

With honesty leading I will guide us to gain an understanding of what is preventing you in experiencing the life and relationships you yearn for. Once we know the patterns that get you stuck, we move to practicing new ways of being and releasing coping strategies that no longer serve.
