My practice over the years has focused on working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, recovery from substance use and trauma, life transitions and identity issues. I am LGBTQ affirming with my treatment approaches.
My work begins with you and is centered in attachment, relational and mind body approaches to aid with identification of barriers, and integration of the whole person to support successful attainment of your goals.
