My approach as a therapist is influenced by twenty years of practice in body oriented (somatic) psychotherapy, mindfulness, spiritual work, and ongoing training through Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute.
This process does not necessarily require more knowledge, rather a learned and deepened sense of your mind-body relationship. With this, you can then mobilize your energy to fuel the life you long for.
