I help men learn to let go of problematic attachments, navigate relationships and challenging mental health symptoms – develop insight, and improve communication and their quality of life. My specialties are relationships, improving communication, and mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression. The clients I work with are seeking to develop mindfulness of their present time experience and find solutions to challenging life circumstances. (GROUPS have started! I understand that men are sometimes reluctant to engage in therapy. Many men are not getting attention they need when it comes to their mental health. All mental health needs must be addressed by first identifying underlying causes and conditions. One of my jobs is to hep clients "diagnose" these factors. I am also an addiction specialist.
I wish to invite clients into a therapeutic relationship that includes empathy and ease. While therapy can be challenging at times, I also hope to create a safe confidential space where you can explore and process life circumstances. Clients seeking eastern oriented psychology will find my practice informative.
