I am the Clinical Director of the Center for Human Understanding and Growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, or stuck, then you are in the right place. My therapeutic framework creates a safe, trusting and non-judgmental environment that allows you to explore your feelings, so you do not have to carry your burden alone. My primary focus is CBT, which can help relieve anxiety, depression, and areas where you may feel stuck. By learning healthy coping or communication skills, you can make your life happier.
I believe in the holistic approach to counseling, as all aspects of life influence a client's viewpoint. I focus on CBT and solution-based therapies. My multicultural counseling experience allows me to collaborate effectively, finding modalities that work within the client's values.
