In 1991, I received a Master's degree in Social work and I've been providing mental health services ever since. In over 20 years of practice, I've realized that there is no treatment model that fits every situation, so I take an eclectic approach, tailoring treatment to fit each client. Some models I use are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Insight-Oriented Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
My clients come to me to deal with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and parenting problems, as well as adolescence/ phase of life issues, blended families, and other change of life/adjustment issues.
