Life has a habit of throwing obstacles at us that often leave us feeling stuck. Being stuck can look like depression, anxiety, work/life issues or just not knowing what to do or where to go. Sometimes the obstacles are bigger and come in the form of trauma or relationship distress. Regardless of the cause, you don't have to stay stuck, or try to pull yourself through the obstacles alone. I can help you look at what you are facing through a different perspective and find a strategy to move past whatever is holding you down. I graduated from Liberty University in 2020 with a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I focus on working with teens/adults (aged 13-45) and couples. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients see their obstacles in a different perspective and work efficiently towards realistic solutions.
