I’m not good enough. I don’t trust others. I’m not in control. I don’t feel safe. All of these are negative beliefs that a person may have for themselves. These negative beliefs affect us everyday and are the underlying cause of our unhappiness, stress, anxiety, depression, low moods and/or negative thoughts. I can help you overcome these beliefs and replace them with positive ones. I am good enough. I can choose who I trust. I can control what I can. I am safe now. You will gain back control of your self and in turn your life. In addition I will provide you with a variety of coping skills and strategies to help you regulate your emotions and feel more at peace.
