I provide coaching and therapy for autism and Asperger's and have been doing so for 30 years. Most of my clients consider themselves autistic or on the autism spectrum. My clients learn to understand autism on a deeper level. I work with my clients on black-and-white thinking, expressing emotions, the need for masking, and understanding the needs of others. My clients learn to prioritize flexibility from a heartfelt standpoint to achieve a better career, relationship, or social life. I also train parents to teach this process to their children. Parents learn to address difficult behaviors and limitations in communication.
Being autistic or having autism or Asperger's can cause challenges in communication, feelings of isolation, and rigid thinking. Together, we can address these limitations so you can improve your life in the exact ways you want to. Being able to talk to your partner or spouse, while expressing how you really feel, can be achieved by learning new techniques.
