This crazy and challenging time we find ourselves in may seem overwhelming and too much at times. Life is not often fair and comes complete with complex issues. I desire to hear your story and come alongside you to develop the skills necessary to overcome adversity in your life. I employ psychological assessments and depending on the situation different clinical interventions in assisting my clients. I have found success with clients through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy along with dialectical behavior therapy, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, internal family systems, and person-centered approaches.
I have experience working with those grappling with trauma, grief, substance abuse/addiction, anxiety, depression, boundary setting, and I have a huge heart for those currently going through career and life transitions. I believe in the relational nature each of us possesses and enjoy helping others discover their own talents and how to better utilize them.
