Andrew has extensive experience working in the Mental Health field, specifically with anxiety, depression and grief and loss. Andrew's clinical approach involves a goal oriented, brief therapy therapeutic process. Andrew strives to develop positive rapport, identify strengths, and build a sense of hope in the future. Andrew utilizes CBT, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focus as therapeutic models in session.
My areas of specialty include addictions, relationship issues, mental health problems such as depression and anxiety, reducing emotional pain related to grief and loss, trauma or resentments, and addressing sleep problems. My experience involves training to treat past trauma and the use of post modern theories like solution focus and narrative therapy.
