I work with individuals and couples who have mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma. My background is in crisis work as well as couple and family dynamics. I'm a systems-oriented therapist and often work with using genograms and other tools such as mindfulness based coping skills. I also use Solution Focused Therapy and CBT.
