My main approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I also meet my clients where they’re at with relevant modalities including Relational Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), all depending on your scenario.
