Getting there can be challenging, frightening, and even confusing, but everyone has the capabilities to get there. A constant reminder I like to tell all my client's is that "you know your life more than anyone else" and my goal is not to tell you how to live it. Instead I aim to become a vehicle for change someone that can support, show compassion, and empathy and to always challenge you to become the best version of you.
Growing up in different communities and exposure to many different cultures I have a deeper understand of mental health struggles. Stemming from relationships, social economic status, and education. I utilize patience, empathy, and compassion in my sessions that assist clients to change. I specialize in CBT, Psychodynamic, person-centered and narrative.
