I specialize in treating young adults with addiction, including those with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and have in-depth experience helping individuals with anxiety and depression.

My treatment approach is holistic, individualized, and collaborative. I address each person’s unique needs through a combination of my clinical background with their self-experience. I am interested in learning about what brings you to therapy and co-creating a safe and reflective space where we can explore the things that are negatively affecting your life.

I believe that insight is a primary catalyst for change. Together, we will examine your thoughts, behaviors, experiences, and relationships to better understand how you view yourself, and how you interact with the world. Through this process, you will be better equipped to manage your symptoms, understand their underlying causes, and experience relief.
