With a specialization in addiction, neurodiversity, and trauma, I've dedicated my career to helping those whose lives have been impacted by these challenges. My experience working with autistic children and adults, as well as individuals with Complex PTSD and Religious Trauma, equips me to provide compassionate, tailored care.
My personal journey as a late-diagnosed autistic individual, coupled with my experience supporting loved ones through the recovery process, has given me a unique perspective and deep empathy for those I serve. I draw upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to empower my clients.
