I'm here to support you if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, identity issues, interpersonal challenges, difficulties with motivation and focus, healing of trauma, and/or wrestling with life's big questions. Therapy, to me, is a highly collaborative process. You are driving the bus and deciding where to go, and I am here to help you navigate through a process of deep listening, reflection, and psychoeducation.
Sessions often focus on expressing emotions, needs, desires and boundaries effectively. We can also explore trauma healing, life goals, passions or spiritual beliefs. Examining communication skills and relationship dynamics helps to strengthen interpersonal connections. We can do talk therapy, or add in creativity, play, art making, music and/or movement!
