Andrew uses elements from several counseling modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He holds a Master's of Counseling degree from Regis University.
