My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. My focus is on providing a supportive and interactive dialogue with you to remove blocks, build upon strengths and resilience, and foster self-attunement to live more authentically and to attain the personal growth you are seeking. I provide individual therapy to clients of all ages well as comprehensive psychological evaluations. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, school refusal, disruptive behavioral problems, ADHD, chronic medical problems, chronic stress, anger management and substance abuse evaluations.
I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, neuropsychological sciences, & mindfulness-based practices to address your problems, while taking into consideration your unique background and experiences. I also provide biofeedback training, which are techniques to help you control your body's functions to improve physical & mental health.
I trained as a Health Psychologist. As such, I am committed to helping individuals achieve optimal physical and emotional health. I encourage collaboration with other providers, in an attempt to improve the holistic health of my patients. While I am out of network with insurance, I will work with you in obtaining out of network reimbursement hassle free!
