I will invest all of my 16 yrs. of experience into helping you get where you want to be. I have a wide background of experience in helping men, women, and teenagers. Ladies, I am very easy to talk to as I was raised by my mom and sis. It's like I never had a man card. ;) LOL Men, I'm 59 yrs. old, married 34 yrs. I know how to help with relationships issues and Man issues. As a non-denominational, ordained Pastor, I'm qualified to do Christian counseling.
My foundation is CBT Therapy. When we change our thoughts, we change our lives. It's not as hard as it sounds. I help with trauma, childhood trauma, and PTSD though using EMDR Therapy. This is taking the emotions away from the flashbacks so they become memories. My heart is for helping people with depression and anxiety. Also, helping men with Porn issues.
