There is a path toward greater mental and emotional freedom and well being in this life. Unpleasant emotions and thoughts can so easily fuel the repetitive loops of critical self-views, anxiety, and depression. Yet the human mind has the incredible capacity to be malleable, adapt, and change for the better.
I utilize elements of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy in sessions and take a special interest in integrating the full scope of human experience (actions, relationships, thoughts, emotions, etc.). I work with clients to cultivate what is supportive and skillful in their lives and to remove the fuel from the vehicle of their suffering.
