I work with individuals, teens, and couples throughout a variety of settings including working with high-risk populations treating various forms of trauma and mood disorders. My approach to therapy is evidence-based and influenced by Psychodynamic theory; I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Resilience Therapy.
